We are now almost done with our Fashion Week roundups (booo). BUT let’s first check out the great outfits Milan Fashion Week brought us (yaaayy). It was definitely and will probably be the most colorful and eclectic Fashion Week this season. I mean, you can already tell on the preview, these looks definitely brought some sunshine into our lives!
Dolce & Gabbana:
Sequins, sequins, sequins! And again, a little bit of flowers. We’ve always been accustomed to D&G’s love for va-va-voom looks and this one definitely makes the list! At least you know, if you’re ever going out with an outfit of the sort, you will definitely not be missed! If you would like to, here is how you can recreate it at home:
Probably one of my favorite shows at Milan Fashion Week. There was an ethnic and bohemian vibe all throughout the show and I could totally see myself wearing something similar next Spring. I also love this new trend of pairing barefoot sandals with regular sandals and seeing them through, accessorizing your feet has never been more fun! Wanna do the same? That’s how you can:
If Etro most likely had my favorite collection at MFW, Fendi has, in my opinion, the combo that will be seen the most next Spring. It doesn’t have to be this way, it could also be reverse, but I definitely predict a lot of nude+stripes pairings in the near future! Whether it’s nude jeans with a striped shirt, of a striped skirt with a nude crop top, I feel like the combo is going to be big. In case this prediction comes true, you’ll be authorized to call me Madame Fashion Irma 😉
Patchwork: The Return. A new type of bohemian look, that I find equally as awesome as in the Etro show. I mean look at those pants, they are crazy good; both crazy and good! However, I can definitely tell the trend hasn’t touched us mortals yet: as you can see, I found those inspired jeans on Etsy. So I am very interested in knowing how brands will interpret this next Spring!
Finally, the simplest outfit of this round-up and selection of Milan Fashion Week outfits. However, don’t take “simple” the wrong way. This is just a very wearable outfit, on a day-to-day basis. If you take a closer look though, you will see the genius idea to place one top on top of another, that had a slightly different color, to give more dimension to the look. Also, I think wearing brown during Spring is a very daring move, especially if associated with small details of camouflage print!
