London Fashion Week – Catwalk to Sidewalk

And we’re back this week for a nice little round-up of London Fashion Week!

Hey guys, how are you doing?! If you’ve read my NYFW post from last week, you know what this is going to be about: finding cheaper ways to recreate those Fashion Week looks! If not, I would strongly advise you to go read it right now ūüėÄ Ok, so let’s get started:

Florals and stripes are always big Spring trends – just talking about it makes me want to dive into next Spring already! Burberry mixed that combo so well during London Fashion Week, and I’m hoping my more affordable version of it did it justice!

Top – Modcloth, Duster – New Look, Blazer – Zara, Pants – BB Dakota, Shoes – Touch Ups, Bag – Dolls Kill, Belt – Vero Moda

Maison Martin Margiela:

Do you feel the David Bowie vibe here? Cause I do! Another great combo with stripes, denim and crazy shoes. There seemed to have been a lot of that on the runway and I am so far from complaining! Check out this recreation of the look:

Top – Charter Club, Skirt – Pull & Bear, Shoes – Nasty Gal, Bag – Anne Klein

Markus Lupfer:

I know it really seems like the jumpsuit does all the work in this look, but to me, the accessories are the highlights¬†here. I mean, look at the¬†tie choker and heart-shaped sunglasses! Everything about this makes me want to jump in a car and drive into¬†the sunset. Wanna do the same? Here’s how:

Playsuit – Cheerful Spirit, Sunglasses – Urban Outfitters, Necklace – Apt 9, Bracelet – BCBGENERATION, Shoes – Wild Diva

Topshop Unique:

It’s no secret that I already love Topshop, way before they decided to go on and create Unique, their runway collection. The whole show was amazing but this look was by far my favorite! Floral dress with a denim jacket? Hell yes! This is how you can do the same:

Dress – New Look, Jacket – Boohoo, Earrings – Forever 21, Shoes – Modcloth, Anklet – Pieces

Vivienne Westwood:

Vivienne Westwood is and will always be one of my favorite designers. Her collections were part of the reason why I wanted to get a start in the fashion industry. She did not disappoint again this time with her forever Victorian touch. That jacket is so unique that the only way I thought it was possible to recreate it was to put gold flower hair clips along the opening; or sew them if you feel crafty! Check it out below:

Blouse – Mango, Skirt – Topshop, Boots – Apt 9, Jacket – Glamorous, Flowers – Etsy

So that was it for this week’s round-up! What did you guys think? What’s your favorite look? Answer below and I will see you next week for Milan! :)
